WallVoid® System - General Description

SureVoid® WallVoid® System products provide temporary support systems for liquid concrete until the concrete sets and can support itself, They are ideal for concrete components that span across drilled piers, pads, intermittent footings, as well as other concrete work.

The SureVoid® material, lying under structural concrete construction, absorbs ground moisture and loses strength only after the concrete has set, creating space into which soil can expand without causing damage.

 WallVoid® Product Information

  Purpose:  WallVoid® is a corrugated paper product that creates a temporary support for the placement of concrete walls and grade beams spanning between supporting elements where expansive soils are present below.

  Construction, Composition & Finishes:  WallVoid® is manufactured from corrugated paper, with a moisture resistant waxed exterior and is designed to withstand imposed loads during construction. WallVoid® is available in a variety of standard strengths and sizes. Custom WallVoid® can be designed to support almost any concrete load. End caps and Seam Pads can be used with WallVoid® seal the exposed ends of full or partial pieces.

  Handling and Storage:  All SureVoid® Products should be kept dry at all times, prior to concrete placement. MSDS information available upon request.

WallVoid® and SureRound PierVoid® are used along with WallVoid® to create a total system approach to your concrete protection requirements.

• Commercial SureTops™ - Used to correctly shape the upper portion of cast-in-place concrete drilled piers.
• ArcVoid™ - Used to correctly void the circular edge of a drilled pier.
• Seam Pads - Used to cover joints and prevent moisture absorption and concrete from seeping in between void forms.
• End Caps - Used at exposed ends of void forms to prevent moisture and concrete from flowing into material
