Angle Expansion Strip
Angle Expansion Strip is a product that reduces the potential for damage caused by vertical movement of concrete slabs.
In use, the Angle Expansion Strip forms the slab edge into an angular shape, down and away from the wall. Shaping the
slab edge in this manor prevents a possible binding of the slab-to-wall juncture, allowing the slab to "float".
In the event that the slab is lifted by expansive soil, the floating slab minimizes the potential for cracking of the slab,
while reducing upward pressures on the wall. |

ArcVoid
ArcVoid is designed for use with WallVoid to correctly
void the circular edge of a drilled pier under a poured concrete wall or grade beam.
ArcVoid is manufactured of corrugated paper, with a moisture resistant waxed exterior
and is designed to withstand imposed loads during construction.
ArcVoid is available in a variety of standard strengths and sizes.
Custom ArcVoid can be designed to support almost any concrete load.
End caps used with ArcVoid seal the exposed ends of full or partial pieces. |

Beam Pocket
Beam Pocket is a disposable product that can be nailed to a plywood form to create
a blockout in a concrete wall for beam placement.
The resulting pocket is precisely sized and shaped, with corners and edges that are straight and true.
To avoid spalling (chipping at the corners and edges) during form removal, SureVoid Beam Pocket forms have tapered sides.
The savings in time alone more than outweigh the cost of materials required to do the job right.

a construction tool that adapts to most aluminum wall form systems.
They are lightweight and easy to install; can be easily cut to shorter lengths. Each piece is 5ft. in length, covered with a water resistant coating, and can be
installed in just seconds. This product comes either factory-assembled or knocked-down (K.D.) for convenience and lower cost.

Brick Ledge For Wood Forms
Brick Ledge for wood forms is a horizontal paper product that blocks out concrete where brick is to be placed.
They are lightweight and easy to install; can be easily cut to shorter lengths; and are notched at the ends so grade line
can be seen while nailing to the form. Each piece is 5ft. in length, covered with a water resistant coating, and can be
installed in just seconds. This product comes either factory assembled or knocked down (K.D.) for convenience and lower cost.

Commercial Ledge
Commercial Ledge is a paper product that is placed vertically between form ties which blocks out large areas
where brick or tie placement is required. Commercial Ledge can be installed in much less time than conventional methods
and they are made to fit between ties and wood plates at top and bottom. They are lightweight and easy to install, each
piece being covered with a water resistant coating.
All Commercial Ledge is designed and custom manufactured for each individual application.

Commercial SureTops
Commercial SureTops are the easy, economical answer to accurately form tops of
poured-in-place concrete piers. Available in both
flat and wrap-around, prescored SureTops are easy to ship, store and install.
They assure properly formed drilled pier tops, prevent concrete waste and eliminate damage from expansive soil
uplift. To use the flat style, simply open, shape, install and manually fill with concrete to the required,
top-of-caisson elevation. Wrap-around Commercial SureTops offer one step assembly
and are ideal for use in areas not suited for I-piece, rigid forms shaping piers with long rebar projections or
returns that are larger than form diameters Unroll SureTops, place around reinforcing, position interlocking ends,
insert wooden spline connector, position and fill manually to the desired elevation.

Deck Support
SureVoid® Deck Supports are an alternative support used under
decking systems where a larger than normal void space condition is encountered.

End Caps
SureVoid® End Caps are an optional part of both the
WallVoid and SlabVoid Systems that are used to prevent moisture and
concrete from flowing into open ends of these products, particularly helpful when the product has been cut to length on-site.
SureVoid® End Caps are also used with Brick Ledge
for aluminum forms, Brick Ledge for wood forms and Commercial Ledge Forms.

PanVoid
PanVoid forms are corrugated paper products that provide an alternative construction method when forming
waffled ceiling structures. They can be made with conventional tapered sides to specification or with
perpendicular sides to reduce concrete weight and volume.

SlabVoid System
SlabVoid is a corrugated
paper product that helps eliminate severe damage by creating a space between the structural concrete slab and underlying
expansive soils. SlabVoid material, lying under structural concrete construction,
absorbs ground moisture and loses strength only after the concrete has set, creating space into which soil can expand without causing damage.
SlabVoid is designed to withstand the working load of the concrete
construction process, and then deteriorate with the absorption of moisture.
|
Components of the SlabVoid System include:
- Commercial SureTops - Cylindrical corrugated form that properly contains
upper portion of concrete piers.
- SlabVoid Corrugated paper product that helps eliminate severe damage
by creating a space between the structural slab and underlying expansive soils.
- SureRound PierVoid - Prefabricated void with radial,
sealed vertical edge to conform to pier diameter.
- SureCover Board - 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch hardboard that protects forms from
puncture and other damage during concrete placement.

SureRetainer by MotzBIock®
SureRetainer by MotzBIock® is a soil retainer that prevents backfill from
displacing void form under grade beams and slab edges.
Lightweight design allows nesting for storage savings. SureRetainer is proven to
outperform precast blocks, fiberboard, or lumber. Overlapping, self-sealing capability provides easy, continuous
retainer installation.

SureRound PierVoid
SureRound PierVoid is a concrete form that is designed to
totally surround the upper portion of concrete piers. The use of these forms assures creation of the
proper void under pier caps, pilasters and structural slabs SureRound PierVoid is
available in round, square and rectangular shapes with a full range of sealed interior diameters to correctly
match each caisson.
SureRound PierVoid products are available in round, square or
rectangular shapes, all having sealed circular cutouts to correctly surround drilled piers. Square or rectangular shapes
are designed to be used in conjunction with SlabVoid
corrugated paper void forms, which create a temporary support for the placement of structural slabs over
expansive soils.

WallVoid System
WallVoid System
products provide temporary support systems for liquid concrete until the concrete sets and can support itself, They are
ideal for concrete components that span across drilled piers, pads, intermittent footings, as well as other concrete work.
The WallVoid material, lying under structural concrete construction,
absorbs ground moisture and loses strength only after the concrete has set, creating space into which soil can expand without causing damage.
|
Components of the WallVoid System include:
- WallVoid (FormVoid
(with panel flange),
TrenchVoid or
TrapVoid)
to create space into which soil can expand below wall surfaces.
- ArcVoid to correctly void the circular edge of a drilled pier.
- Commercial SureTops to provide a neat well-formed caisson top.
- Seam Pads to cover joints and prevent moisture absorption and concrete from seeping in between void forms.
- End Caps at exposed ends of void forms to prevent moisture and concrete from flowing into material.
