WallVoid™ System - General Description

WallVoid™ System products provide temporary support systems for liquid concrete until the concrete sets and can support itself, They are ideal for concrete components that span across drilled piers, pads, intermittent footings, as well as other concrete work.

The SureVoid® material, lying under structural concrete construction, absorbs ground moisture and loses strength only after the concrete has set, creating space into which soil can expand without causing damage.

• Lightweight and easy to install.
• Available either factory assembled or knock-down (KD) for lower shipping and storage costs.
• Easily cut to shorter lengths for proper fit.
• Available in standard strengths and sizes, or can be custom manufactured to accommodate design and load specifications.
• Placed end-to-end between drilled piers or spread footings.
• End caps and seam pads available to prevent concrete from flowing into void.

WallVoid products are manufactured from corrugated paper material with a moisture resistant exterior and are designed to withstand imposed loads during construction. Products should be kept dry at all times prior to concrete placement. MSDS information available upon request.

• WallVoid™ (FormVoid™ (with panel flange), TrenchVoid™ or TrapVoid™) to create space into which soil can expand below wall surfaces.
• ArcVoid™ to correctly void the circular edge of a drilled pier.
• Commercial SureTops™ to provide a neat, well formed caisson top.
• Seam Pads to cover joints and prevent moisture absorption and concrete from seeping in between void forms.
• End Caps at exposed ends of void forms to prevent moisture and concrete from flowing into material.
